Terms and Conditions

Payment

Mediation fees are to paid in full prior to the mediation commencing. Payment can be made by direct bank deposit.

Cancellations

A cancellation fee may be payable in the event the mediation is cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to the mediation date.

Section 60i Certificates

Section 60i certificates are included in the FDRP mediation fee, should your Parenting matter proceed to mediation. In the event your Parenting matter is unsuitable for mediation and/or there is no agreement to attend mediation, a Section 60i certificate will be issued at an administrative fee of $175.00+ gst.
